So I totally thought that this WOD wasn't going to be bad...boy was I wrong.

AMRAP in 30 minutes

7 Power Cleans (95/65)
7 Burpees
250m Row
7 Thrusters (95/65)
7 Pull-ups


My total (and I did it prescribed yahoo!): 4 rounds and 4 Thrusters
