Another day, another WOD (Workout of the Day) at CrossFit Armoury
As Many Rounds as Possible (AMRAP) in 12 minutes:
10 Wall Balls - 14 lbs
12 Sumo Deadlift Highpulls - 53 lbs
15 Box Jumps - 20 inches. I ended up doing step-ups as I have an irrational fear of box jumps
My score: 4 complete rounds and 2 step-ups.
Not bad. I'm just happy that my shoulder is happy again after being miserable all last week.
