WOD for February 11 (Yes, I CrossFit on Saturdays)

It's only 7 minutes....of HELL!

7 Minute AMRAP:

3 Thrusters (65 lbs)

3 Chest To Bar Pull Ups

6 Thrusters

6 Chest To Bar Pull Ups

9 Thrusters

9 Chest To Bar Pull Ups

etc....

My score: 48 reps (I got to twelve Thrusters on the 12/12)
